This page is a pre-launch waitlist for an upcoming product. By submitting your email, you're agreeing to receive a single launch notice from us. The product itself isn't available yet, and these terms cover only your use of this website.
1. About these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of rulesheet.app (the "Site"), operated by Inline Tools LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Company", "we", "us"). By using the Site or submitting your email to the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
2. Pre-launch status
RuleSheet is in pre-release development. The Site exists to share information about the product and to collect email addresses from people who'd like to be notified at launch. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell the product, a guarantee that the product will ship, or a commitment to specific features, pricing, or release dates.
3. The waitlist
When you submit your email through the waitlist form, you confirm that:
- The email address belongs to you, or you are otherwise authorized to use it.
- You consent to receive a launch announcement and, if applicable, follow-up product communication from us.
- You will not submit other people's addresses, distribution lists, or addresses generated through automation.
You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. See the Privacy Policy for what we collect and how it's used.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) interfere with or disrupt the Site or its underlying infrastructure, (b) attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or bot-protection measures, (c) submit false or misleading information, or (d) use the Site or our APIs for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual property
The Site's content — including the "RuleSheet" name and logo, page text, designs, and source code — is owned by Inline Tools LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to view the Site for personal and business evaluation purposes. No other rights are granted.
6. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inline Tools LLC and its members, officers, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will be revised when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
